While we do our best to prevent delays on our end, please note that delays can occur. We do our best to communicate any issues immediately.

Please keep in mind we are not the carrier and are not responsible for delays once your item has left our hands. We are not in control of FedEx, UPS, and/or USPS and cannot force their hands to move at a certain speed. Please contact the carrier if there is an issue in transit and please file a claim with them, if your item is damaged.
